Refund & Return Policy
We are committed to exchange or refund any product that does not suit your expectations within 30 days. To be eligible:
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip
- All products must be unused, undamaged and in original package to ensure a full credit
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
• All custom-sized orders are not returnable or refundable.
• All Personal protection equipment (PPE) and barriers (PPB) are non-returnable and non-refundable. PPE and PPB products include, but are not limited to, "sneeze guards", "protective barriers", "cashier panels", "office barriers", as well as "guards" and "shields". For items damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the shipping company within 7 days from receipt of the delivery date. Please give the claim number to a PUREUPS representative at 1 (866)-259-5068 so that the issue can be further examined and the appropriate actions are taken.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
PLEASE INSPECT SHIPMENTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE -- IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND UNUSABLE YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT AS ALL CUSTOM SIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. FOR DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST CONTACT AND MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE GIVE THE CLAIM NUMBER PROVIDED TO A PUREUPS REPRESENTATIVE AT +1 (866)-259-5068. SO THAT THE ISSUE CAN BE FURTHER EXAMINED AND APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TAKEN.
If your item is damaged beyond use, Call PUREUPS at +1 (866)-259-5068 and provide details about the damage. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you wish to request a refund or receive a replacement item. Contact us for a mandatory authorization number. We allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It improves the chances that we will receive your returned item.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return status. If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact customer service at email@example.com
-If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
-If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
