 PUREUPS accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 – 7 business days, depending on delivery location and product availability. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Ground

All orders $199+ ship for FREE to the 48 contiguous United States via a Standard Ground Service. Your order will be delivered to your home front or driveway. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-10 full business days.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery items normally arrive in 7-14 business days. White Glove Delivery is a premium freight delivery service. Items shipped via White Glove Delivery will be delivered to your designated shipping address, brought inside, and carried to the room of your choice within two floors of the main level, no stairs  (unless a service elevator is present). The set-up or assembly is included in the White Glove Delivery service. We strongly suggest you save the item's original box for a short time in case a return is required. White Glove Delivery charges vary according to individual products and exact charges will be noted during your checkout process.

PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, HAWAII OR CANADA

Most items may be shipped to PR, AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. You will be provided with a freight quote over the phone or by email. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery service.

BILLING AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION

We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address by PUREUPS after the order is placed. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address does not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. We may require a copy of your identification card to be faxed or emailed to us.

P.O. BOXES / MILITARY APO / FPO ADDRESSES

We are currently unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx or Freight Companies, which at this time do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

Please note that expected delivery times will appear on your sales receipt. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. Most larger items are delivered by freight companies. Please note that freight deliveries are Monday through Friday only, and they do not deliver on weekends.

SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 24-48 hours for this order status information to become available. Orders placed for non-custom sized items typically ship within 2 working days. Custom sized orders will be subject to warehouse cutting schedules and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Travel times vary by your shipping point and destination; the average is 4 business days for non-custom sized items. Out of stock inventory may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT 

We ship worldwide, For all international shipping orders, you must contact a freight forwarding company to arrange pickup from our location. It's easy, and we are happy to help guide you throughout the process.

Here's what you'll need to do in order to have your unit shipped outside the US:

  • OBTAIN MEASUREMENTS

    First, you will need to contact us for shipping weight, pallet size, and overall unit size, as the freight forwarding company will need this information in order to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping costs.

  • GET ESTIMATES FROM A FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY

    The freight forwarder will ask you to provide the unit measurements, which you will have received after contacting us, and they will provide you with a shipping estimate based off the measurements you provide. Many of our customers have used R+L Global Logistics.*

  • CONTACT US TO COMPLETE PURCHASE

    Once payment is received, we will arrange to have the unit shipped to our warehouse. Payments must be made via wire transfer, check, or money order. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments for international orders at this time. Transit time will be determined by your freight forwarding company.

  • YOUR UNIT IS ON ITS WAY

    Now it's time to get excited that your unit is on its way to you! Once the unit leaves our warehouse, all shipping communications will be between you and your chosen freight forwarding company.

NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.

Available products, shipping rates, and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
